Milton Erickson… One of the most iconic figures in Hypnosis and NLP. You probably came across a video of him, or heard a story about his almost-supernatural abilities. However, you have no clue of how to reach that level. Sure, you went through your NLP training, learned the Milton Model Patterns etc. But that doesn’t seem to bring you anywhere near where this man was.

Once you master the “Ericksonian State”, things start to change. First of all you’ll lose the fear of “I don’t know what to say”. You become more comfortable when you have to hypnotize (overtly or covertly).
