Although hypnotic stories and Nested Loops indeed hold immense power, it doesn’t mean they’re as complex as they often appear.
For a long time, I believed hypnotic stories had to be layered on 5 levels of complexity... And that no possible detail in my story could be left understood by the conscious mind of my clients, otherwise they would “resist”.
But actually, whether your client understands consciously your story or not doesn’t really matter. What matters is how targeted your stories are, based on the specific problems your client suffers from.
If you build your stories in direct connection to the problem of your client, they will work anyway.
The desire to focus on hypnotic metaphors for beginner hypnotists and coaches is often hiding some insecurities.
You may not have a lot of experience yet, so you’re looking for the most hidden-unconscious-thing-to-say so that the mind of the client doesn’t resist. (At least you hope so.)
But complexity doesn’t equal efficiency. It never did and never will...
This New Way of using Nested Loops is geared at articulating your stories more simply with the problem of your client.
Once you can craft a simple (but effective) hypnotic story with this new method, then the act of “nesting” will just be a cool twist that will make your sessions more fun.

Since I speak two languages, I was once asked if it was hard to use NLP language patterns in a second language.
I replied the tough part was actually to master NLP and hypnosis in the first place. Once you’re fluent with it, then translating is easy.
The same will happen for you with Nested Loops. Once you have used the 5-Step-Template a few times, your brain will be used to the process, and you’ll be able to use it with any new client you encounter.
