Conversational NLP ?

Hi ! I’m Matt. I have learned NLP and Hypnosis while I was studying psychology in College. Initially, my interest came from the fact that, to me, traditional Psychology was full of nonsense. I wanted something practical. Not something that would animate debates within the psychology community during the next 50 years of my life…

I was reading and watching everything I could about Richard Bandler, Tony Robbins or Milton Erickson, trying to replicate what they were doing. When word got out in the University that I knew hypnosis, several people started  asking me for help. Stress, anxiety, social awkwardness, relationship conflicts - you name it. I had all sorts of cases. Sometimes I was successful in helping them, sometimes not.

But I wanted to crack the code, how could I guarantee a successful therapy session no matter what the problem was ? Was there a magic recipe to be sure you can change a person's limitations every time ?

And after years of experimentation I found it ! Actually, it came from a bold idea. Instead of starting to hypnotize people once the session had started, what if I could hypnotize them before it starts !

What if I could hypnotize them conversationally into believing they were going to change no matter what ? I wasn’t forcing them to believe it, I was suggesting it. But when you are really good with hypnotic suggestions, you can program a positive change even in the mind of the most resisting client.

My results literally exploded in 1 month. I started to help people suffering from past trauma, grief, smoking, panic attacks… And it never took more than one session. Actually, when my “pre-programming” was done correctly, the session didn’t need to last any more than 20 minutes.
